Over a course of a lifetime, emotions can become stored in the body on a
cellular level, leading to energetic blocks and eventually physical
illness. Learn how to start to release physical tension and the underlying
blocks in the body and free up the energy. As the tension leaves, more
pleasure and joy can come into the body and that person's life.
