Description of the event
☯ This Tantric Healing Couple’s Retreat is a leap into the void, an act of surrender to the immensity of the human experience. It is an opportunity to open up for deeper love that can emerge from within yourself, or from another being. It is an invitation to let yourself be lulled by the waves of ecstasy that come and go in your life, alternated with the “appearance” of the shadow. The endless waves of expansion and contraction that bring consciousness to every breath, every movement of your body, to every belief and emotion that gets ignited from within, to each moment of excitement and relaxation and to every surging from the depths of your being.
It is the consciousness and the magic of presence that allow us the experience compassion that blossoms in every cell of our body.
☯ During the retreat, we will go deeper every day into the experience of tantric massage, learning about conscious touch, boundaries & consent breath-work, body de-armouring, energy work, pleasure and ecstatic states.
The retreat is almost entirely practical. There will be a theoretical foundation for each activity that we do so that we get more consciousness about our actions, but the focus is on getting the actual experience of Tantric Healing.
This retreat is primarily designed to enrich couple’s love and sex life. However, we are open to welcome singles or couples of friends. The aim of the retreat is to give you the right tools to offer a full tantric massage session to your partner. The work is primarily built around the two aspects of our sexuality.
☯ On the one hand we will learn how Tantra can be used to heal one another and oneself. This primarily includes removing blockages, taking care of any residual pain from past traumas*, transforming any limiting beliefs around sex and the body, and learning how to build extrordinary intimacy with ourselves and our partner.
From there, we will be able to move to the aspect of the Eros: we will employ pleasure, sexual play, exploration of the changing roles of the giver - receiver, learning about power and submission and activation of our creativity, so that all we will have learnt during this week, can be then put into practice at home.
☯ The Tantric Healing Couples’ Retreat invites you to show your vulnerability and intimacy in front of your partner and of a group of strangers. This can be a very intense process which might be challenging at times and might need special attention and focus on your interior world. However, by opening up physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually you will give yourself an opportunity to harmoniously transform and grow as an individual and as a couple.
If you have any previous experience with tantra or massage, that’s great! However, if you are completely new to “this world”, you will do just as fine. The retreat is designed to take you from where you are to where you want to get gradually. All of the activities offered are optional, and you will be the person who decides how far you want to go.
*If you are aware or suspecting any unresolved traumatic issues around your mental health, your emotional state and your sexuality, please let us know in advance. You might need to see a certified specialist in order to decide whether you are ready to participate in this retreat. We do not deal with healing unresolved traumas, emotional or mental issues. By deciding to participate in the retreat you take full responsibility for your decisions.
