I'm passionate about working intimately with people allowing our true essence of whatever needs to be healed, dissolved and come forth in that moment that arises!

My love and commitment to my own personal healing and energetic freeing of my body both emotionally and energetically and sensuality has given me the true love to offer and ask you to open to this amazing possibility of living in your true beautiful essence.

My journey and process of living in truth started young and was often a painful one living in an energetic sensitive body and allowing naturally my own armour to to create a barrier from an often less than sensitive environment. Learning to navigate and heal and release and integrate these parts of ourselves allows the body to flow freely and a learning to naturally create healthy boundaries.

Following the birth of my twins in 2011, motherhood has offered a greater learning and connection to myself and the importance of the bonds of early intimacy and how that shapes our life experiences.
